Moves Forward with Foundation Work

We are pleased to announce that the Borik Residential Project is moving forward, with ongoing progress in key construction areas.The current focus is on preparation works for the foundation slab, which includes the installation of formworks, construction of a concrete wall to accommodate the cascading levels in the foundation, and precise measurement of the compressibility modulus to ensure structural integrity. These foundational steps are critical to the success of the upcoming residential buildings. Construction status updates will follow on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as the project advances.
