Construction Status Update

We are pleased to share the latest construction update for the Borik Residential Complex, as the project continues to advance steadily toward completion.

Current Progress – 31. March 2025:

• Reinforced Concrete Works: Structural works are actively underway on all buildings, progressing from the ground floor to the 1st floor.
• Garage Construction: Reinforced concrete works are in progress beneath Buildings 4 and 5, strengthening the underground levels of the complex.
• Electrical and Waterproofing Installations: These essential installations are being carried out continuously across the site, ensuring the long-term durability and comfort of each residential unit.

With each completed stage, Borik Residential Complex moves closer to becoming a modern, high-quality residential community, combining smart construction, premium design, and a prime coastal location in the heart of Zadar’s Borik district.
