Construction Status Update

We are pleased to share the latest update on the steady advancement of the Borik Residential Complex, as the project continues to develop according to plan, bringing us closer to delivering a modern and high-quality residential community in the heart of Zadar’s Borik district.

Current Construction Highlights – 29. April 2025:

 Concrete Structure Progress:
The works on the concrete structure of the complex are now two-thirds complete, marking an important milestone in the overall development.

 Waterproofing and Backfilling:
Waterproofing and backfilling of the garage walls are continuing smoothly, in line with the project timeline and quality requirements.

 Internal Installations:
Work has commenced on the internal installations within the buildings, focusing on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to prepare the infrastructure for the next stages of construction.

With each completed phase, the Borik Residential Complex moves closer to becoming a modern, sustainable, and premium living environment designed to meet the highest expectations of future residents.
