Construction Status Update

We are pleased to report continued strong progress on the construction of the Borik Residential Complex, as we move closer to completing a modern and high-quality residential development in the heart of Zadar’s Borik district.

Key Construction Highlights – June 2025:

 92% of the Concrete Structure Completed
The structural works across all buildings have reached 92% completion, marking the final stages of the concrete framework.

 Underground Garage Installations Finalized
All water and sewage installations in the underground garages have been successfully completed, ensuring critical infrastructure is in place and ready for future use.

 Electrical Works Ongoing in Apartments
Electro installation works are actively in progress across all apartment units, preparing the living spaces for interior finishing phases.

 Aluminium Joinery in Production

The production of aluminium windows and doors has officially started. This phase is crucial to maintaining both the energy efficiency and design quality of the entire complex.
