Construction Status Update

We are pleased to report continued strong progress on the construction of the Borik Residential Complex, as we move closer to completing a modern and high-quality residential development in the heart of Zadar’s Borik district.

Key Construction Highlights – July 2025:

 Concrete Structure Completed

The reinforced concrete works across all buildings are now fully completed, marking a major milestone in the construction process.

 Dividing Walls Installation

The installation of internal dividing walls is progressing steadily, defining the layouts of individual apartments.

 Water, Sewage & Electrical Installations

Work continues on water, sewage, and electrical installations throughout the complex, ensuring essential infrastructure is in place for all units.

 Aluminium Windows Installation – Building 2

The installation of aluminium windows has begun in Building 2, contributing to energy efficiency and the modern architectural design of the complex.
