Construction Status Update

We are pleased to report continued strong progress on the construction of the Borik Residential Complex, as we move closer to completing a modern and high-quality residential development in the heart of Zadar’s Borik district.

Key Construction Highlights – September 2025:

 Landscaping and Surroundings
Works on the surrounding area are in progress, including boundary walls and soakaway wells, laying the foundation for a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment.

 Partition Walls Completed
All partition walls in the apartments and basement have been completed, giving shape to the interior layouts.

 External Joinery Installation
The installation of aluminium windows and doors is continuing across all buildings.

 Waterproofing Works
Waterproofing activities are ongoing on roofs, balconies, and the basement slab, ensuring durability and protection from moisture.

 Plumbing Installations
Plumbing works are underway in Buildings 3, 4, and 5, while they have been fully completed in Buildings 1 and 2.

 Electrical Installations
Electrical works are being carried out in Buildings 3, 4, and 5, with completion already achieved in Buildings 1 and 2.

 Mechanical Installations
In Buildings 1 and 2, mechanical works are progressing, including ventilation, air-conditioning, and underfloor heating systems, providing the basis for modern comfort and energy efficiency.
