Borik Residential Project.
Construction Status Update

We are pleased to report continued strong progress on the construction of the Borik Residential Complex, as we move closer to completing a modern and high-quality residential development in the heart of Zadar’s Borik district.

Key Construction Highlights – December 2025:

 External Works and Surroundings
Construction of boundary and retaining walls in the surrounding area is ongoing. In parallel, preparatory works for backfilling surrounding service channels are being carried out to finalize underground infrastructure.

 External Joinery – Building 5
The installation of external aluminium windows and doors is currently underway on Building 5, completing another important façade milestone.

 Electrical Installations
Electrical installation works are continuing throughout the interior of the buildings, progressing in line with the planned schedule.

 Plumbing Works on Roofs
Plumbing installations are being executed on the roofs of the buildings, supporting drainage and technical systems.

 Roof Works Completed
All sloped concrete layers and waterproofing works on the roofs of every building have been successfully completed, ensuring long-term protection and durability.

 Mechanical Installations (HVAC Systems)
Air-conditioning distribution systems have been installed in Buildings 1 and 2, while preparatory works for ventilation systems are underway in the garage areas.
